At just four years old, KCCI Hangin' On 2 U is already one of the most exciting young sires in the breed. His horns reached 98.375" tip to tip in December 2025 — and he's still growing. That measurement represents nearly 14 inches of horn growth in just two years, a trajectory that puts him firmly in elite company.

His show record backs up the tape. At the 2024 Horn Showcase, he took the Composite Class win (197.0"), the TTT Class win (94.5"), and 2nd Place Total Horn (102.5"). The year before, he earned Bronze in TTT and 3rd Place in Total Horn — steady improvement that reflects both genetics and management.

The pedigree is as strong as the measurements. His sire, M.C. Hangin' Tuff, traces through Cowboy Tuff Chex and CV Cowboy Casanova — proven horn-producing bloodlines that have shaped the modern breed. His dam, Horseshoe J Idolize, brings Rio Bravo Chex and Peacemaker 44 on the bottom side, adding length and structural balance. The cross is clean and complementary.
